Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the order for items in stock unless we are closed for vacation or circumstances out of our control. Out-of-stock items will take up to 2+ weeks to ship. All items will be shipped via the U.S. post office First-Class, Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Please allow 2-6 days transit time (transit time may be longer at holiday time).  We will do everything possible to meet your needs. At this time, ManyHeartsOneBeat.com ships merchandise only to locations in the United States. We currently do not ship to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping charges are for Standard Delivery to the contiguous 48 states and D.C.

We hope you are very happy with your purchase. But if for whatever reason you are not satisfied we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) under the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging materials within 14 days of the sale.

2. All returns will be processed after we inspect and verify the item. Returns take approximately five business days upon receipt of the item to process.

3. Refunds will be in the form of original payment. For your security, please insure the items being returned and retain your shipping receipt as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
